Day 18: Practice Sharing

Take a day to pause and reflect on what you've learned over the last five days.

Our first day to pause and reflect (Day 6) began with the quote from Philemon 1:6. This verse was quoted to encourage you in the knowledge that faith‐talks with other believers helps you know all the good God has given to you (and them) in Jesus. “I pray that the sharing of your faith may become effective for the full knowledge of every good thing that is in us for the sake of Christ.”

An additional blessing comes from sharing faith with other believers each week: we become more capable of talking about our faith.

As we learn to articulate all the good God gives to us, we become more able to talk about faith with not‐yet Christ-followers. Therefore, discuss the following with others. (As a reminder, if you're unable to meet with anyone right now, we invite you to journal through these things by yourself.)

  1. Which day’s reading and/or passage of Scripture was the most significant for you this week? Why?
  2. What have you learned about people (or yourself) in the past day’s readings and prayer times?
  3. What have you learned about God in the past day’s readings and prayer times?
  4. What changes in your life have you felt the Holy Spirit nudging you to make this week?
