We understand that finding your place in a church can be intimidating, so we’ve provided some info below to make your experience at New Beginnings Lutheran Church as great as you are… and we think you’re pretty awesome!

First of all, we're excited to meet you!

We think it's so important to have authentic relationships, both with God and with each other, and Sunday mornings at New Beginnings are a perfect time for those relationships to find expression.

We gather in worship every Sunday morning at 9:00 & 10:30 a.m.

We want you to have an opportunity to meet us, the church; which is why we host Q&A Sessions! This is an opportunity to learn about our history, how to connect with others, next steps, and so much more!

What to expect

Our desire is that you experience the welcoming and authentic personalities of our faith family from the minute you walk in the door. Our services, which last about 60-70 minutes, include worship led by one of our praise bands, prayer, and the message - which usually has video clips, props, or simply Pastor Joe's "foot-in-mouth" show, which is sure to engage audiences of all ages! Make sure to stop by the Connection Center in the lobby to say hi and receive a gift bag.

FAQs

Do I have to dress up?

No, but you can if you want to. Jesus knows everything about you and is always with you, so Sunday isn't a day we need to act different. Some will wear dress shirts, others will wear sandals. Wear what makes you comfortable.

What about my kids?

Your kids are welcome to stay with you in the service, or join our NBLC Kids experience (nursery to 4th grade). Either way, we're excited to have your family join us! Check out our NBLC Kids page for more info.

What if I’m not sure about Christianity?

That's okay! That’s why we exist. We welcome you to explore faith at your own pace, and we’ll be right here with you the whole time.

Do you have programs for adults?

Absolutely. We offer New Friends groups designed to build community with one another. We also offer adult faith studies throughout different times of the year.

Not ready to join us in-person yet?

No problem! Worship with us online at 10:30 a.m. CST every Sunday morning.
