  • Operation Clean Stream

    08/26 (Sa)    8:00 a.m.

We are in need of Operation Clean Stream volunteers to help clean up our local waterways.  This year, we will focus mainly on Brush Creek within the city limits of Pacific, so we will be mostly on land.  If there are folks who would rather be in canoes on the Meramec, they will need to provide their own watercraft and transportation to the river; we will return them to their vehicles at the end of the day.  We are also in need of 4x4 utility vehicles with trailers, skid steers, or other equipment that will make the job easier for everyone.

The event will take place on Saturday, August 26th beginning at 8:00 a.m. for a breakfast of sausage, eggs, and our famous homemade cinnamon rolls! A fun dinner of pulled pork, baked beans, and many side dishes will follow in the evening at Lake Cattail’s pavilion, just south of Pacific. For more information or to sign up, contact Steve Myers at (314) 974-7446 or

Want to know more about NBLC? That's why we have New Directions. This seminar introduces you to our core beliefs. This is also a great context to connect with Pastor Joe and make connections with others in the church. New Directions gives many opportunities to ask questions about NBLC. God's on a mission, we're a part of it, and it is fun! New Directions will equip and direct you on how to join in. And yes, this is the process to become a Voting Member at NBLC.

Let Pastor Joe know you're interested in joining the next New Directions seminar!

We're all looking for where we fit. The New Place seminar shows where you will find the most fulfillment at New Beginnings and in life! Past participants have said the lessons learned in this event even helped their marriage. During this study, you will learn: your personality type, your spiritual gifts, your passions, and how God has redeemed your past experiences.

Let Pastor Joe know you're interested in joining the next New Place seminar!
